“Our first in person meeting was bitter sweet as it was my last session with you! I have to say thank you for accepting me years ago to be your patient. You provided me with the treatment you knew I needed. These last years have been an emotional rollercoaster and every day I feel stronger and more at peace.

I will really miss our sessions and I hope I can find an alternate person back home with the same understanding and empathy and guidance you gave me all these years. l know how to  navigate my life for the better now.”

“I found Rachel after having worked with several other therapists over the course of many years. She has set herself apart from every other provider that I have worked with because she has made me feel so safe, listened to, and comfortable in our sessions, while also providing constructive feedback and advice.

I was diagnosed with ADHD the year after I graduated college and it was a lot to process. I needed help loving myself through it, but also real structure and guidance with managing it. Rachel delivers on both fronts. She has been an incredible guide for me as I’ve worked to establish a routine that is healthy for me and my ADHD, helping me to remind myself every day that understanding my disability makes it a tool of strength and a roadmap for success— not a weakness.

Rachel has been fundamental in helping me navigate my family members’ struggles with alcohol and substance abuse. I consistently hear about the trainings and meetings she attends to build upon her wealth of knowledge about recovery and methods of support for those with substance abuse issues. Rachel is clearly deeply committed to her work. Her approach leads with empathy and understanding, and it has been key to my understanding of the complexities behind what those with substance abuse experience every day. She has given me tools for setting healthy boundaries in all of my relationships that I will continue to use for years to come. Rachel is the best!”

I have been working with Rachel for over a year now. As someone dealing with multiple diagnoses—including both a mood disorder and addiction—I had difficulty finding a clinician who could truly handle the multifaceted nature of my mental health challenges. It has been incredibly refreshing to work with someone who can competently and confidently address a wide range of disorders.

Through our work together, Rachel has helped me learn how to better manage my life and navigate the countless ups and downs that come with it. Her patience, kindness, and skill across various clinical techniques have played a meaningful role in helping my life take a turn for the better.

Ultimately, I feel that I am in very good hands under her care.
